Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our menu, add your favorite treats to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Confirm your details, and your Pudding will be on its way soon.
I’m having trouble entering my address.
Ensure your address details (e.g., unit or apartment numbers) are accurate. Still stuck? Contact us, and we’ll help you out.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation.
Make sure you entered your own email or mobile number at checkout. If you didn’t provide an email, we’ll send a text confirmation. Still no luck? Let us know.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Get in touch as soon as possible, and we’ll assist if we can.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver throughout New Zealand?
Yes, we ship Pudding nationwide. Rural areas may take an extra 1–2 days.
Which days do you ship orders?
We ship Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after Thursday’s cutoff will ship the following Monday.
How much does delivery cost?
- Standard Delivery: Free overnight shipping nationwide.
- Rural Delivery: $7.50 (allow 1–2 extra days).
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or text after dispatch.
When will my Pudding arrive?
Most parcels arrive before 2 pm the next day. Occasionally, delays may occur. Check your tracking link for updates.
What if I’m not home when my Pudding arrives?
Parcels are sent with ‘No Signature Required’ instructions. Ensure the delivery location is safe and accessible.

Product Information
How should I store my Pudding, and how long will it stay fresh?
Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months for extended freshness.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
We offer low-gluten options but no vegan options at this stage. Let us know if you have any special dietary requests.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use secure payment gateways to protect your information.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
How long does it take to process a refund or replacement?
We’ll aim to process refunds or replacements within 2–3 working days.
Gifting
Can I add a personalized message to my order?
Yes! Add your message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t offer gift wrapping, but all Puddings come beautifully packaged, perfect for gifting.
